Mark as Useful This man called my job began telling the secretary that I owed them money, the amount and that they were going to sue me. This is the second time I got a call from this number it is a scam becareful

Mark as Useful I just got a call from someone claiming to be Brown Law Firm representing American Credit Bureau, parent company of USCash. And that they were going to be taking me to court on Monday if I was not ready to resolve the "issue". They were ready to provide me with a case number and everything. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!! Dont let these people fool you and definitely dont send them any money.

Mark as Useful Told me his name is Jimmy Gibson from Chase. Started the call very friendly, pretending to be someone I know. He asked for a person by name; I told him he had the wrong number. He said no he didn't, that I sounded just like the person on the answering machine. DUH! I do not leave my name on the answering machine, so of course that is my voice...just not my name.
